As the importer, you mainly need to bear the following costs at the destination port: import duties, VAT or GST, terminal handling charges, local customs clearance fees, and inland logistics costs from the port to your company. Chinese customs strictly prohibits the export of assembled or cut vehicles that meet mandatory scrapping standards. Since our pre-inspection is very strict, this situation is highly unlikely. However, if the vehicle is detained and returned by customs due to a policy misjudgment, we will fully refund your deposit without interest, ensuring you bear no policy risk.

It depends on the situation. If the video inspection reveals significant mechanical faults or structural damage not disclosed in the inspection report, the deposit will be refunded 100% unconditionally; however, if the buyer defaults for subjective reasons (such as suddenly not liking the color or financial issues), the deposit will be retained as compensation for taking the vehicle off the market.
