For test drives, please contact our sales staff in advance to verify vehicle availability to avoid inconvenience. 2. Our company mainly deals in mid-to-high-end used cars and luxury cars, offering services such as purchase and sale, trade-in, consignment, appraisal, car insurance, financial services, and vehicle transfer. 3. We maintain a stock of over 1200 vehicles year-round (actual photos of the vehicles). More premium cars are available for selection in our online store. 4. Internal logistics scheduling uses GPS, but direct access accounts are not open to the public. We implement a "node reporting system": our customer service will proactively send you on-site photos with watermarks at three key points: when the vehicle is loaded onto the trailer, when it arrives at the port for storage, and when customs clearance is completed.
Our legal red line is that the amounts on the China Customs declaration, export license, commercial invoice, and bank receipt must be consistent across all four documents. We firmly refuse to engage in the illegal act of issuing "false low-value invoices" to assist buyers in evading customs duties in the destination country.
Please take timestamped photos and videos at the first opportunity when picking up the car at the destination port (before leaving the port area). We will compare these with the final archived images taken at the Chinese port before shipping. If it is confirmed that we missed reporting it during the pre-shipment inspection, we will provide compensation for parts or labor costs based on the severity of the defect; if it is new physical damage incurred during shipping, the insurance claim process will need to be initiated.
