Accident inspection: main structure damaged, reinforcing parts undamaged, panels damaged, hinges normal; engine bay: key mechanical components normal; exterior: 1 panel repair; interior: most features normal, airbag normal, seatbelt normal, dashboard normal, instrument check normal, lighting system normal; start-up check: main components normal; on-board tools: none.
If the buyer's country is under international sanctions, or if the buyer fails to provide a legitimate source of funds leading to the bank returning the payment, all transfer fees and exchange rate losses incurred during this period are to be borne entirely by the buyer.
International wire transfers generally follow "shared (SHA)" or "sender pays all (OUR)" principles. To ensure we receive the full remaining payment to release the bill of lading, we require all buyers to choose the "OUR" option when remitting, covering all intermediary bank fees.
Strict definition: All metal body parts (doors, hood, fenders) and the frame must retain the original factory paint, with uniform paint thickness readings. Minor touch-ups or replacements of plastic bumpers, as they do not affect metal corrosion protection and vehicle structure, can still be classified as "original paint" in a broad sense, but we will separately note the condition of the bumper.
