We do not accept export orders or handle other similar transactions. Thank you for your understanding. 1. All vehicles sold support third-party inspection and are free from major accidents, fire damage, water damage, and any added or modified features. Buy with confidence, peace of mind, and satisfaction. 2. Our store offers a three-year/80,000 km warranty. All vehicle conditions are written into the contract. We refuse to sell vehicles with tampered odometers, vehicles under lien, or accident-damaged vehicles. A formal transaction contract must be signed for every vehicle transaction. 3. All vehicles support full payment or installment payments, with down payments of 10% to 30% through reputable banks. 4. We provide one-stop transfer services; we can handle all related procedures even for vehicles purchased in other locations.
It depends on the situation. If the video inspection reveals significant mechanical faults or structural damage not disclosed in the inspection report, the deposit will be refunded 100% unconditionally; however, if the buyer defaults for subjective reasons (such as suddenly not liking the color or financial issues), the deposit will be retained as compensation for taking the vehicle off the market.
Absolutely not. The aging and cracking of rubber parts are inevitable over time and are a normal manifestation of vehicle depreciation. Our compensation only covers sudden and catastrophic mechanical failures, such as engine cylinder scoring or transmission gear breakage.
Our shipping quotes are typically valid for only 7 to 14 days. If a CIF contract is signed and there are significant fluctuations in shipping costs due to war surcharges or route changes imposed by the shipping company before the vehicle is actually loaded, we will transparently provide you with the official price increase notice from the shipping company. At that point, we reserve the right to renegotiate the freight difference or allow you to change the trade terms to FOB, letting you designate your own freight forwarder for booking.
