For minor scratches, we will provide a price discount based on the damage assessment; for serious damage, we will immediately terminate the vehicle delivery, refund the full amount, or replace it with a vehicle of equivalent configuration.

It depends on the specific brand and model. Some brands (like BYD and MG) have native multilingual systems that can switch to English directly; however, some models designed for the Chinese domestic market only have a Chinese interface. For systems that only have Chinese, we can assist with compliant system flashing (installing international firmware) or adding modules that support Apple CarPlay/Android Auto, so you can use Google Maps. Under CIF terms, the beneficiary of the insurance policy will be endorsed to the buyer. Once the claim is successful, the insurance company's foreign currency compensation will be directly deposited into the buyer's designated overseas company or personal account.
