Vehicle has major accident/fire/flood damage or major defects in power battery components (structural/ reinforcing/ covering parts), repaired or unrepaired, still affecting body structural strength or safe use, with hidden faults.
Accident inspection: main structure damaged, reinforcing parts undamaged, covering parts damaged, hinges normal. Three-electric system: normal. Engine bay: key mechanical components normal. Exterior: 3 sheet metal repairs, 1 paint job. Interior: most features normal, airbag normal, seatbelt normal, dashboard normal, instrument check normal, lighting system normal. Startup test: OBD communication failed. Onboard tools: none.
We use quantitative standards. Minor scratches less than 3 cm that do not reach the base coat (which can be polished) are considered normal wear; scratches over 3 cm deep to the base coat or dents larger than 2 cm in diameter will be highlighted in the inspection report's "Appearance Defect Distribution Map" with close-up photos.
If the system reports "storage card error," we will consider it as damage or loss of the original owner's personal items, and the platform will not provide a new high-speed TF card for free; the buyer must purchase a replacement after arriving at the port.
Most models adjust through the central control screen menu, while a few models (like some BYD or MG) retain physical levers or paddles on the center console or steering wheel. We will check if the drag feel when the system engages is linearly normal.
