Engine bay inspection: key mechanical components inside engine compartment normal. Exterior: 4 areas of sheet metal repair. Interior: most functions normal, airbags normal, seatbelts normal, dashboard normal, instrument readings normal, lighting system normal. Startup inspection: main components normal. Onboard tools: none.
If the delays are due to policy-related force majeure like customs system upgrades, or if our documentation errors lead to short shipments, all additional demurrage and storage fees incurred at ports within China will be borne by sellwellauto, and the buyer will not have to pay a cent.
This is a key legal issue. If the inspection is conducted by a third party appointed by us, we will be the primary responsible party and provide limited compensation to you, after which we will seek reimbursement from the inspection agency; if the inspection agency is designated by you personally (such as SGS), you will need to file a claim directly with that agency according to its service terms.
The commercial invoice and export license we provide are based on the vehicle's underlying VIN and official Chinese nameplate data. If there are minor discrepancies with the destination country's customs system parameters (such as curb weight), we will issue a "Parameter Explanation Letter" stamped by our company to assist you in explaining, but we cannot change the official document data.
