Interior: most features normal, airbag normal, seatbelts normal, dashboard normal, instrument cluster normal, lighting system normal. Startup inspection: main components normal. Onboard tools: none.
To ensure the legal rights of both parties, the "International Used Car Sales Contract" we signed is in both Chinese and English. Generally, the contract is governed by Chinese law. All liabilities for breach of contract and force majeure clauses will be clearly defined in the contract.

We will ensure that the vehicle was not sold due to catastrophic failures by ruling out major accidents, water damage, and flooding.
As long as the scratches do not damage the aluminum battery pack casing and do not cause structural dents in the crash beam, we will document it in the inspection report as "Surface Scuff" and no replacement will be made.
