Vehicle in good condition, passed inspection, 1 claim filed, 0 ownership transfers.
This vehicle is 10 years old, with an average annual mileage of 3,100 kilometers. It has been used very infrequently and has never been transferred to another owner, making it a good first-hand vehicle. There may be some obvious signs of wear and tear on the exterior. The interior is in good condition with normal signs of use. The overall body frame is intact, but there are a few minor issues. The fluid levels are normal, and the powertrain is functioning well.
As long as the scratches do not damage the aluminum battery pack casing and do not cause structural dents in the crash beam, we will document it in the inspection report as "Surface Scuff" and no replacement will be made.
Yes. For software crashes, a forced restart (Hard Reset) can usually be done with a specific combination of physical buttons or by disconnecting the negative terminal of the 12V battery for 5 minutes to recover. We will send you these engineering operation manuals.
The registration certificate will show whether the previous owner was an individual (registered with ID) or a company (registered with a business license). Vehicles under a company may be driven by multiple people, so we will focus on checking the uniformity of interior wear and the condition of the chassis.
