Please consult our sales consultants for details! Jinhua Boao Audi Certified Pre-Owned Vehicles welcomes you to visit our store to view and test drive our vehicles! All vehicle photos are of the actual vehicles! Vehicle information is subject to the actual vehicle!
Unauthorized personnel are prohibited from entering and taking photos inside the roll-on/roll-off ship, but we will provide photos of the vehicles parked in the loading area with the ship in the background. The bill of lading marked "Shipped on board" with the date is the most essential legal proof of loading.
The commercial invoice and export license we provide are based on the vehicle's underlying VIN and official Chinese nameplate data. If there are minor discrepancies with the destination country's customs system parameters (such as curb weight), we will issue a "Parameter Explanation Letter" stamped by our company to assist you in explaining, but we cannot change the official document data.
To ensure the legal rights of both parties, the "International Used Car Sales Contract" we signed is in both Chinese and English. Generally, the contract is governed by Chinese law. All liabilities for breach of contract and force majeure clauses will be clearly defined in the contract.
