As long as the vehicle enters the port area and customs clearance is completed within the agreed timeframe, any delays in shipping schedules due to the shipping company's capacity adjustments will not be considered a breach on our part. Unfortunately, cross-border used cars are not covered by the manufacturer's free recall. If a physical recall occurs involving safety issues (like brake pump defects), we will notify you and offer improved new batch parts at cost price, but you will need to cover the labor costs for the replacement.

The vehicle's "Motor Vehicle Registration Certificate" will clearly print the records of the mortgage and its release. Our legal and documentation team will strictly review during the vehicle collection process to ensure that the ownership is completely free and clear, preventing any future ownership disputes.
