Accident inspection: main structure damaged, reinforcing parts damaged, panels undamaged, hinges normal. Three-electric (battery/motor/controller) inspection: normal. Engine bay: key mechanical components normal. Exterior: 2 sheet metal repairs. Interior: most features normal, airbags normal, seatbelts normal, dashboard normal, instrument cluster normal, lighting system normal. Startup inspection: main components normal. Tool kit: absent.
To ensure the legal rights of both parties, the "International Used Car Sales Contract" we signed is in both Chinese and English. Generally, the contract is governed by Chinese law. All liabilities for breach of contract and force majeure clauses will be clearly defined in the contract.
Chinese customs strictly prohibits the export of assembled or cut vehicles that meet mandatory scrapping standards. Since our pre-inspection is very strict, this situation is highly unlikely. However, if the vehicle is detained and returned by customs due to a policy misjudgment, we will fully refund your deposit without interest, ensuring you bear no policy risk.
Our responsibility ends with delivering the vehicle to the Russian border or Far East port and providing the legal Chinese export documents. The payment of Scrap Tax, application for SBKTS (Vehicle Structure Safety Certificate), and activation of the final e-PTS electronic passport must be fully handled by the Russian buyer and their local customs broker.
