Interior: most features normal, airbags normal, seatbelts normal, dashboard normal, instrument cluster normal, lighting system normal. Startup inspection: main components normal. Tool kit: absent.
The customs of the destination country has the right to disregard the commercial invoice and reassess the value based on its internal database (such as the customs valuation red book). Any additional duties incurred are a result of the importing country's policy and are fully borne by the buyer (importer).
We will provide a detailed logistics and insurance cost table from the port of origin to the destination port, but since we do not have access to the rapidly changing tariff dynamics of multiple countries, we cannot provide an absolute "Delivered Duty Paid (DDP)" calculation.
We will directly check the registration certificate (the big green book) and count the number of changes.
