Many hybrid vehicles require access to "maintenance mode" via engineering computers to allow the water pump to run at full speed for exhaust. We do not bear any moral or financial responsibility for cylinder damage caused by local technicians' misoperation.

If General Average is triggered, all cargo owners must share the rescue costs. If you purchased marine insurance with a "General Average included" clause under CIF terms through us, the insurance company will cover this high shared cost for you; if you are an uninsured FOB buyer, you will need to pay it yourself.

As long as you provide us with a genuine and valid bank SWIFT MT103 wire transfer message (receipt) within the payment deadline specified in the contract, we will reserve the vehicle and continue with the port operations, even if the funds are held up in the intermediary bank for several days.
