All vehicles displayed in our store are genuine and priced accurately. Unauthorized use of our photos constitutes false advertising. Many intermediaries online use low-price leads, so please be discerning! We provide comprehensive two-way inspection reports on the vehicle's condition and battery health for all our vehicles. Our vehicle condition is transparent, and we offer after-sales support. If the vehicle's condition does not match our claims, we will compensate you! We support a three-day no-reason return policy. If you find a lower price elsewhere, we'll refund you; if your mother-in-law doesn't like it, we'll refund you! Nationwide delivery to your door, cash on delivery, buy from home! All vehicle contracts are signed directly with the company, so you don't need to worry about being held liable later!
Yes. For bulk purchases, we can organize and package the core historical records (transfer records, maintenance summaries) for each vehicle. If an English version is needed, we can provide a basic machine translation reference, and human translation assistance for key technical terms.
We will use a megohmmeter (insulation resistance tester) to measure the insulation resistance of the high-voltage bus. If the resistance value is below the national safety standard, it indicates a risk of leakage, and the vehicle will be deemed unqualified.
It rarely happens, but there is a clear mechanism. If the transaction is canceled due to our reasons (such as the vehicle being suddenly seized by judicial authorities during the transfer), we will refund the full deposit you have paid and provide additional compensation according to the penalty clauses in the contract.
