If your country uses the European standard (CCS2), American standard (CCS1), or Japanese standard (CHAdeMO), the vehicle cannot be plugged directly into local charging stations. To address this issue, we will recommend or provide high-quality certified adapters (Adapter) with CE/UL safety certification. Absolutely not. The aging and cracking of rubber parts are inevitable over time and are a normal manifestation of vehicle depreciation. Our compensation only covers sudden and catastrophic mechanical failures, such as engine cylinder scoring or transmission gear breakage.

All vehicles on the lift must be inspected. We will provide high-definition close-up photos of the chassis directly below, suspension components, and the mid to rear section of the exhaust. We will honestly show any minor surface rust (a common phenomenon in cast iron); if we find bent longitudinal beams or extensive through-corrosion, the vehicle will be scrapped and not exported.
