To ensure the legal rights of both parties, the "International Used Car Sales Contract" we signed is in both Chinese and English. Generally, the contract is governed by Chinese law. All liabilities for breach of contract and force majeure clauses will be clearly defined in the contract.

Temperature differences during sea transport can easily trigger the tire pressure warning. The commercial invoice and export license we provide are based on the vehicle's underlying VIN and official Chinese nameplate data. If there are minor discrepancies with the destination country's customs system parameters (such as curb weight), we will issue a "Parameter Explanation Letter" stamped by our company to assist you in explaining, but we cannot change the official document data.
