The payment of Scrap Tax, application for SBKTS (Vehicle Structure Safety Certificate), and activation of the final e-PTS electronic passport must be fully handled by the Russian buyer and their local customs broker.

Since overseas alignment machines often lack databases for Chinese brand vehicles, we will send you screenshots of the core chassis parameters from the service manual, making it easier for your technician to manually input the data for precise adjustments.

We will check if the vehicle identification number (VIN) is within the official recall batch. If there are any outstanding safety recalls (such as replacing Takata airbags), we will require the original owner to assist in sending it to an official 4S shop to complete the free recall work before the vehicle is deregistered.
