Vehicle in good condition, passed inspection; vehicle in fair condition, 3 claims filed, 3 ownership transfers.
This vehicle is 9 years old, with an average annual mileage of 7,500 kilometers. It has been used infrequently and has been transferred three times. The exterior paint is in good condition, with possible minor scratches. The interior is in good condition with normal signs of use. The overall body frame is intact, with a few minor abnormalities. Fluids are normal, and the powertrain is functioning well.
The "usage type" section on the vehicle registration certificate has legal validity. Any vehicle that changes from "commercial" to "non-commercial" has a usage intensity far exceeding that of personal vehicles, and we will label these prominently. Such vehicles are usually cheaper but have more severe mechanical wear.
We will carefully check if the chassis number on the windshield, chassis, and door frame matches.
We use quantitative standards. Minor scratches less than 3 cm that do not reach the base coat (which can be polished) are considered normal wear; scratches over 3 cm deep to the base coat or dents larger than 2 cm in diameter will be highlighted in the inspection report's "Appearance Defect Distribution Map" with close-up photos.
