The headliner is considered an "irreversible interior component." The registration certificate will show whether the previous owner was an individual (registered with ID) or a company (registered with a business license). As rubber seals age, "slight oil seepage (oil stains but no dripping)" is very common in used cars and is not considered a major fault.
