Accident inspection: main structure damaged, reinforcing parts damaged, covering parts damaged, hinges abnormal; Engine bay: valve cover gasket oil leak, engine cylinder head gasket removal marks; Exterior: 8 replaced parts, 9 panel repairs, 2 paint jobs; Interior: left front seat torn, most features normal, airbag system normal, lighting system normal; Startup test: main components normal; Tool kit: missing.
Unauthorized personnel are prohibited from entering and taking photos inside the roll-on/roll-off ship, but we will provide photos of the vehicles parked in the loading area with the ship in the background. The bill of lading marked "Shipped on board" with the date is the most essential legal proof of loading.
We will remove the chassis guard to physically inspect the battery pack's lower shell for serious dents or scratches, and check for signs of mud or sand intrusion in the waterproof vent at the edge of the battery pack.
To ensure the legal rights of both parties, the "International Used Car Sales Contract" we signed is in both Chinese and English. Generally, the contract is governed by Chinese law. All liabilities for breach of contract and force majeure clauses will be clearly defined in the contract.
