Vehicles sold domestically in China only have the "Environmental Information List" and the "Vehicle Qualification Certificate," which are not the COC of the European system. After receiving the final payment, we will send you the complete set of original customs clearance documents via DHL or FedEx, which typically includes: - Bill of Lading (B/L) - Commercial Invoice - Packing List - Certificate of Origin (CO) - Used Vehicle Export License issued by the Ministry of Commerce of China Note: If your local customs requires additional documents (such as VIN consistency certificate), please inform us in advance before shipping.

This is considered a force majeure risk. We will require the vehicle's state of charge (SOC) to be maintained in a safe dormant range of 30%-50% before loading, and we will insure you for all marine risks under CIF terms. If the battery suffers thermal runaway total loss due to abnormal cargo hold temperatures, the insurance company will compensate.
