Vehicle performance is good. Structural, reinforced, and outer panels have no accident-related damage or repairs. The three-electric system (battery, motor, electronic control) has no damage.
Accident inspection: main structure, reinforced parts, outer panels, and hinges are normal. Engine bay: key mechanical components are normal. Exterior: no issues. Interior: most features are normal; airbags, seatbelts, dashboard, instruments, and lighting system are normal. Start-up inspection: main components are normal. Onboard tools: spare tire present.
Under FOB or CIF terms, all risks before crossing the ship's rail are borne by the seller (us). For minor scratches, we will provide a price discount based on the damage assessment; for serious damage, we will immediately terminate the vehicle delivery, refund the full amount, or replace it with a vehicle of equivalent configuration.
We use quantitative standards. Minor scratches less than 3 cm that do not reach the base coat (which can be polished) are considered normal wear; scratches over 3 cm deep to the base coat or dents larger than 2 cm in diameter will be highlighted in the inspection report's "Appearance Defect Distribution Map" with close-up photos.
Demurrage is a penalty charged by the port or shipping company for not clearing and picking up goods on time after they arrive. To avoid it: send customs documents in advance and ensure the recipient is prepared with duties and import qualifications.
