The seller promises that this car has no history of major accidents, fires, or flooding. All paint is original. The dealership guarantees the car's condition. Our dealership sells FAW-Volkswagen officially certified pre-owned vehicles, with models under 7 years old and within 150,000 km of mileage, and comes with a 1-year or 20,000 km original factory warranty in addition to the manufacturer's three-guarantee policy.
Odors are difficult to convey through images, so our quality inspectors conduct subjective smell assessments and record them. For vehicles with severe smoke or mold odors, if deep ozone sterilization is ineffective, we will downgrade the vehicle and mark the report with a red "Odor Warning" at the top.
We thoroughly rule them out by checking if the cabin wiring harness is melted, if the seat belts have water stains or mold, if there is unusual rust or debris in the seat tracks and cigarette lighter, and by verifying with the insurance company for any "total loss claims." These two types of cars are an absolute sales ban for us.
Under FOB or CIF terms, all risks before crossing the ship's rail are borne by the seller (us). For minor scratches, we will provide a price discount based on the damage assessment; for serious damage, we will immediately terminate the vehicle delivery, refund the full amount, or replace it with a vehicle of equivalent configuration.
