For test drives, please contact our sales staff in advance to confirm vehicle availability to avoid inconvenience. 2. Our company mainly deals in mid-to-high-end used cars and luxury cars, offering services such as buying and selling, trade-ins, consignment, appraisals, car insurance, financial services, and vehicle transfer. 3. We maintain an inventory of over 1500 vehicles year-round (actual photos of the vehicles). More premium cars are available for selection in our online store. 4. Worry-free after-sales service: One-year/20,000 km warranty (based on the original vehicle's warranty). Transparent vehicle condition, premium service, and worry-free consumption. 5. Dah Chong Hong offers a 3-day return policy, a 7-day exchange policy, and lifetime free oil changes for vehicles on the second floor! (Subject to the vehicle purchase contract.) (For out-of-town customers who successfully purchase a vehicle at our dealership, our company will reimburse their one-way personal airfare and overnight accommodation expenses. The final ownership of these expenses belongs to our company.)
Temperature differences during sea transport can easily trigger the tire pressure warning. After inflating the tires to the standard pressure (usually 2.5 Bar), most vehicles will automatically clear the warning after driving a few kilometers; some models require manually clicking "Tire Pressure Reset" in the "Vehicle Settings" on the central screen.
Compliance with the law is an absolute requirement for exports. All vehicles exported through our platform must complete the following legal processes: release all domestic bank mortgages, pay all traffic fines, and complete the formal deregistration for "transfer pending export" with the Chinese public security traffic management department. Only vehicles with 100% clear ownership can be approved for export permits.
We conduct basic visual inspections and freezing point tests. If the antifreeze's freezing point is insufficient or the engine oil is severely degraded, we will document it. However, considering the shipping duration, we strongly recommend a comprehensive "Full Fluid Service" upon arrival.
