very good
[Hangzhou Quxuan Used Cars] specializes in high-quality used cars. All our vehicles undergo rigorous inspection. We provide customers with 4S dealership records, insurance records, and third-party reports for your peace of mind! All vehicle photos are of the actual cars! We offer trade-ins, installment plans, maintenance, and a one-stop VIP service for your purchase.
Our standard holding period is 3 business days after the deposit is paid (based on the timestamp of the payment slip). The domestic used car market in China moves very quickly, and if we do not receive the bank message confirming the deposit within the specified time, the system will automatically release the hold, and the vehicle will be re-listed for public sale.
Under normal circumstances, it takes 15 to 25 working days. This includes: domestic transfer of ownership (3-5 days), applying for an export license (3-5 days), inland trucking to the port (2-5 days), customs inspection and waiting for loading schedule (5-10 days). Do not trust false promises from other channels claiming 'loading within a week.'
It depends on the situation. If the video inspection reveals significant mechanical faults or structural damage not disclosed in the inspection report, the deposit will be refunded 100% unconditionally; however, if the buyer defaults for subjective reasons (such as suddenly not liking the color or financial issues), the deposit will be retained as compensation for taking the vehicle off the market.
