Body components (structural/reinforcing/panels) have accident-type damage; passive safety devices defective; vehicle performance (including three-electric system) degraded or performance-limited after repairs.
Accident inspection: main structure damaged, reinforcing parts undamaged, panels damaged, hinges normal; engine bay: valve cover gasket oil leak; exterior: 1 panel repair, 1 repaint; interior: scratches on left rear door trim, right front door trim, left front door trim, dirty headliner; most features normal, airbag system normal, lighting system normal; start-up check: main components normal; no onboard tools.
For older vehicles or those used in high temperature and humidity areas, we will focus on opening the hood to check if the insulation of the wiring harness in the high-temperature area of the engine compartment is cracked or brittle, to identify potential short circuit risks that could lead to spontaneous combustion.
As long as the scratches do not damage the aluminum battery pack casing and do not cause structural dents in the crash beam, we will document it in the inspection report as "Surface Scuff" and no replacement will be made.
Countries like Kenya typically require the First Registration Date to be within a specific timeframe. We will provide a notarized copy of the Vehicle Registration Certificate, along with an English translation, as absolute legal evidence.
