FOB (Free On Board): Includes the purchase price of the vehicle, transfer fees for registration in China, export license fees, logistics costs for trucking to the port within China, and port handling and customs fees. Pure electric vehicles are classified as Class 9 Dangerous Goods due to their large lithium batteries, leading to strict shipping regulations. Shipping companies have high requirements for the loading position and fire isolation measures for dangerous goods, and some roll-on/roll-off ships refuse to accept used EVs. As a result, EVs often require more expensive special container shipping and incur additional handling fees for hazardous materials.

Supply and demand determine prices. In the Chinese market, mainstream colors like black and white have much higher resale values and market circulation speeds compared to less popular colors (like pink or bright green). Therefore, there is a price difference of thousands of RMB for specific colors at the procurement level.
