What should I do if a hardware recall for my vehicle model is announced in China while it is being used overseas?

Unfortunately, cross-border used cars are not covered by the manufacturer's free recall. If a physical recall occurs involving safety issues (like brake pump defects), we will notify you and offer improved new batch parts at cost price, but you will need to cover the labor costs for the replacement.

Does your technical testing include highway road tests (high-speed driving tests), or is it only low-speed driving in a closed area?

Due to legal restrictions preventing unregistered vehicles from high-speed driving on public roads in China, most of our dynamic tests are conducted in a closed area (with a maximum speed of around 60 km/h). This is sufficient to test for suspension noise and low gear smoothness, but it cannot simulate high-speed wind noise and tire balance vibrations at 120 km/h.

If there is a conflict between the historical report from Dr. Cha or Dongche Di and the backend data from the 4S store, which one do you rely on?

Always rely on the original factory network data from the 4S store. Third-party platforms may have delays or errors when capturing data (such as incorrect VIN entry). In case of a conflict, we rely on physical verification of the actual vehicle to resolve the data discrepancies.
