Body components (structural/reinforcing/panels) have accident-related damage, passive safety devices are defective, vehicle performance (including three-electric system) is degraded or remains limited after repairs.
Accident inspection: main structure damaged, reinforcing parts undamaged, panels damaged, hinges normal; engine bay inspection: key mechanical components normal; exterior: 2 areas of sheet metal repair, 1 area of repaint; interior: most features normal, airbag inspection normal, seatbelts normal, dashboard normal, instrument inspection normal, lighting system normal; start-up inspection: main components normal; on-board tools: none.
Under FOB or CIF terms, all risks before crossing the ship's rail are borne by the seller (us). For minor scratches, we will provide a price discount based on the damage assessment; for serious damage, we will immediately terminate the vehicle delivery, refund the full amount, or replace it with a vehicle of equivalent configuration.
The "usage type" section on the vehicle registration certificate has legal validity. Any vehicle that changes from "commercial" to "non-commercial" has a usage intensity far exceeding that of personal vehicles, and we will label these prominently. Such vehicles are usually cheaper but have more severe mechanical wear.
Unfortunately, cross-border used cars are not covered by the manufacturer's free recall. If a physical recall occurs involving safety issues (like brake pump defects), we will notify you and offer improved new batch parts at cost price, but you will need to cover the labor costs for the replacement.
